Recently I read one book about the leader. The name of the book is '초격차' (super gap). The author of this book is Kwon Oh-Hyun (born 15 October 1952) who is Vice Chairman and CEO of Samsung Electronics. In this book, he wrote about his opinion for the leader and company management.

The story is very impressive to me. During reading this book, I imagine that if I manage a big company (like Samsung), how I manage and control the company. And, I also think that how I'm a good leader... What kind of things are needed for me?
Below things are some impressive sentences in the book.

This book is helpful to understand the condition of a good leader in South Korea and the culture of Samsung company.
